Its a really old nishiki with all suntour components. Its a large size frame that doesnt fit me too well but its weight is incredibly low. Im surprised bikes from that time could be that light.

I would definitely ask around, as there are bound to have been people in the Road Cycling forum who have used these wheels, and can give you more of a fact based opinion than I can.
