Your best bet is to get smooth road tires for the wheels you have. These are easily available and make a great improvement for riding an MTB bike on the road.
I suspect that he means tires...not wheels. There are lots of tires out there, Bayin, unless you have a downhill mountain bike with 3 inch tires on it now, you could use just about any 26" tire. You'll probably not find anything much narrower than 1.25" nor do you probably want to.
