My longest day was about 45 miles on the bike... from my house to the train station; from Penn Station NYC to my office on the upper east side... from there down to Brooklyn College for a meeting... after the meeting back to the office... and at the end of the day ride back down to Penn Station, take the train back to NJ, and ride home. It was a good day. I slept well that night, too.
