Wooo hooo! Another one.
Slowly but surely, things are getting easier. My backsides still hurts on longer rides, but even that has gotten better. Now if I could just do something about my weight.
I started riding pretty regularly in April, and have increased my mileage pretty consistently since. I dropped about 30 pounds between January and June, but have really not lost much since. I'm trying to get in more miles to speed that process along, but with no luck.
