I'd guess the braze-on downtube shift levers, cable stops, water bottle baze-ons and headtube lugs place it in the 80s. The headbadge, if original, shows it was made in England, so that makes it early 80s. The stamped rear dropout places it as fairly lower end or at least lower than the Super Course, which had forged SunTour dropouts then.
