Those (Performance) are pads for V-brakes (mountain bike brakes). Unfortunately the Specialized site does not specify the make of your brakes, but they are definitely road bike brakes that use cartridge pads which are very easy to change out and don't necessitate re-adjusting your brake pads(!). Perhaps your LBS or the dealer where you purchased the bike can help. Or email to Specialized. Maybe someone who posts here is familiar with this bike........
