He sounds like a great guy, you could easily ride Corky down the coast and show it to him once it is built up. What components are you going to go with for Corky? I am a big fan of modern components on a vintage frame but I am not sure if this would work for Corky, perhaps period-correct would be nice but I suppose that gets into some expensive territory.

Great job Doc, the bike looks great.
