I can meet you where I pick up the bike path (near Ponce and McLendon) or Scottdale or wherever you'd like to meet. We can even ride slow. Slow is good.

) to get my legs back in shape. I've been wondering what the best route would be to get to the mountain and back while encountering the least amount of traffic.
