Yes, the quality sucks horribly, worst bike I've rode. I think that it's for little kids that wanna look like the big kids so they get a bike that looks like there's. Or it could be for the kid that doesnt take into consideration, weight and just overall quality, or it could even be for a kid thats in a hurry to get a bike so they go to Walmart with a hundred dollars in there parents pockets, or Walmart's there only choice, either way, I do not recommend the Mongoose Hoop-D Team Issue or Pro.
