It depends on the time of day or if it's friday. If I'm working late, then I'm going to take a longer route to avoid riding through some rough neighborhoods. On friday's, it's taking the beach path to wind down from the week and to avoid rush hour traffic, catch a bite at one of the local eateries, and might do a bit of grocery shopping on the way home.
