Fighting Colds
I used to suffer from bronchitis for years (a result of a nasty case of pneumonia about 25 years ago) in oth spring and fall. I started taking a vitamin C supplement and a Zinc supplement (Ultra Zinc lozenges from GNC). Haven't had a problem since. I commuted by bike last winter and had no problems in spite of being "out in the elements" so to speak. Won't help once you have a cold but sure seems to help me keep from getting them.
