My one and only pair right now: B-Ball And 1 Racer Shoes.

Not really good for platform, try something with a lot of grooves at the bottom to grip onto the studs.

Ouch...bleeding that long? Any serious bleeding, go to the doctor or do these rules that I learned in lifesaving
Rest the affected part
Elevate the part
Direct pressure using gauze or something, but don't remove the gauze once it's soaked. You need sterile pads to prevent infection. If you do do this, make sure to visit a hospital so they can properly remove the bandages.
