I couldn't think of what to put on it as my son & I aren't allergic to anything (that we know of yet). As far as insurance info, I figured we'll still be treated and once family shows up, they can handle that, so I didn't htink it was necessary. The biggest thing for me was contact names/numbers. Those shouldn't change all too often, so I didn't go the interactive route. If I had a bunch of allergies, etc...I would've gotten the interactive.
