on the bus i currently have been taking to/from work (2 bridges were washed out in 3/07= no commute), the driver was talking about a new spot she has been going to for vacation, "Halifax" . i chimed in with fond memories of events from my 1985 figure eight tour of NS: blue-nosed start, then to halifax, through cabot trail, into sydney (side trip), past fundey bay back to yarmouth. the bus driver sounds more like she was really impressed with NS road rules regarding pedestrians. these rules vary in the states!
