Help Identify my stolen Norco, please!
I am not only new to bike forums, I am new to the sport as well. Days ago my Red/Silver Norco mtn bike was stolen right from my crowded garage. We just moved so all documentation is "a box... somewhere". For some reason we can't remember the name of the old girl.
It was purchased from a local bike shop in Canada in 1999-2000. It wasn't part of their regular line-up. It was entry-level with very basic components which we upgraded, (plastic brake levers, cheap deraileur, grip-shift) but what impressed my hub (bike mechanic) enough to get it was its nice aluminum frame. Hub doesn't think it really even had a name sticker other than Norco and the frame number (which I sort of remember as 6030 or something like that). The tires had a red stripe, if that helps anyone. If anyone knows were I can find pix or description of this, Thank you in advance.
