I say ride 'em like you stole 'em!
Those Michelin Pro 2's will do you just fine if you want a good high performance tire that is sticky, even at your weight. The only caveat is they wont last quite as long, as compared to say, a 170 lb rider.
Right now I'm running Michelin 'Krylium Carbon' tires I just bought. Hope they last as long as the Vittoria 'Rubino Pro' tires I had before. (those were some damn good tires)
