old wheel - track?
I'm going to buy a very little used 4-spoke tubular wheel with a thread hub and a quick release. I think it's an 80īs or 90īs time trial wheel, and it's made in Russia. The quick release lever says Gipiemme, don't really know more about it at this point.
Will I be able to make this into a track wheel?
I don't know a lot about track hubs. I can get this wheel cheap and I know someone who could have use for a track wheel. There's no way to put a freewheel on it that takes 10 speed on this wheel, am I wrong?
