This is an area where we'll NEVER know what is best to take in the ideal proportions. Add to that which type or brand of multivitamin is best and all hope for figuring this out is lost! B-this and D-alpha-that, flax-this and beta-that...it is way too much overload for me, at least.

I take a generic multivitamin (Costco), 500mg C and 400 IU E and 2 tablespoons of flaxseed daily. I guess every 5 years I'll do an hour of study on the "best" to take and readjust at that time, otherwise eat right, train right, swallow and forget about it.
