I havent followed the list closely lately but is this after the surgery? i rode 20 mils today in 70 F weather (readum and weep) but had the same windy conditions. well 10 mph with gust of 20 or so. I hit 27 mph on one flat section with a good tailwind. held that pace about a mile. of cours on the return i was struggling to maintain 12 mph. over the whole ride i averaged 11.9 mph. I want to try a flat ride soon and see if my average goes up.
