Sheldon Brown's bb database suggests 113(115) bb for Shimano 600 cranks, this might me a manufacturer recommendation, or submitted data. Obviously it's different than the experience of people here. Unfortunately there's no size recommended for a sugino 75 double. So when you figure it out, submit the data so we can all look in one place in the future.
The tapers will be the same, just take the sugino off and see if the shimano works. Don't tighten it down super hard and look for the
right chainline.
