Can you tell whether a member comes in here and just views replies vs a member who actually posts. I was thinking about Fubar's idea of deleting inactive members. I was wondering if many member just come in here and read posts and not post.
I know that I come here very often to read posts but don't necessarily post all that often.
Also, about the rules and regulations. This is a quality site and you definitely don't want it to degrade but you may want to be careful about bombarding new members with rules and regulations. Most of us come in here for enjoyment and many new potential members may be turned off by the fact that as soon as they join they are all of the sudden bombarded with these regulations.
This may be a case in which you may want to deal with an offending member individually.
Anyway, that's just my take.
