I took it for a while, following each of two ACL reconstructions.
First time, I thought it helped some. Second time, I don't think I noticed any change at all. Makes me think the first go-round was placebo effect.
I got a supplement from a manufacturer on a fitness forum (Osteobolin-C from Applied Nutriceuticals), kept pretty detailed records, and I would say it definitely helped with my joint and muscle soreness.
I definitely noticed a difference between my workouts without the supplement versus the same routine while taking the supplement.
