I guess I see both sides of the argument. Lets say for example they were in fact having issues with kid riding BMX bikes in the parking lot. Instead of putting up a sign that said "no bike in the parking lot" should they have put up a sign that said "no kids in the parking lot". Well no, because the kids nor the bikes in general are the problem.
