Recovery ride I've been doing lately sucks, part of the training plan I got from Hunter Allen. 75 minutes easy spinning staying under 160 watts. I just get on the computrainer, pop in a movie and start spinning. Once it gets nicer out I will do rides with the "D" group in order to keep from doing anything too strenuous since they won't get anywhere near a hill and keep the speed down around 15 mph.
