I am getting ready to ride from Florida to California, and I just had a few questions.
Are the Adventure Cycling maps really worth $75? I hear they can be difficult to navigate because of all the back road routes. I was reading some interesting theory on map interpretation from
Ken Kifer's site. Anyone have more interesting map tips like Mr. Kifer's?
I'm prepared to eat mostly PB&J, oatmeal, fruits, and vegetables. What are some other good foods for touring? Lots of carbs?
