Ultegra and Dura-Ace SPD-SL pedals, I have bought 8 sets in the last 18 months for various bikes. I also have three different pairs of shoes depending on the weather conditions.
Cold/Wet/Freezing ~~ Performance CAT-1 shoes (they seem to run about 1/2 size bigger can accommodate thicker wool socks)
Cool/Cold ~~ Sidi Genius 5 Lorica Mega (these tend to run a little warm since the vents are small)
Warm/Hot ~~ Shimano 215's (the biggest vents and most mesh, fit is the same as the Sidi Mega)
