Biking and rugby in San Diego: what could be better?
I just spent several days in San Diego and the weather was even more perfect than promised. I started out watching women's rugby at Robb Field, then I went to the international 7's tournament at Petco Park on Saturday. I capped off my time there with a longish ride around Mission Bay on Monday. I rode with two other 50+ women and my 27 yr. old daughter(one of Friday's ruggers). Boy, does she sure ruin the curve for us slowpokes! We stopped for lunch(and to let my bottom rest a bit) before riding uphill back home. What a terrific weekend!
