There are many pedals like these with a clipless on one side and a platform on the other. There are a bunch of companies that make them, Wellgo and Shimano at least, and i've seen a few more that I can't remember. You should be able to find a set to suit your needs without too much trouble, if you can't find them locally online shops like JensonUSA have them.
As to which one that is in particular? I don't know sorry.
