Tres Cafés, birmingham, AL. march 8th

Tres Cafés Alley Cat & Cookout

Saturday, March 8th with 11:00 a.m. Le Mans Start
Birmingham Bicycle Company, 1103 Dunston Ave.

Coffee Shops:
Crestwood Coffee - 5512 Crestwood Blvd.
Urban Standard – 2320 2nd Ave. N.
O’Henry’s – 2831 18th St. S in Homewood

The format: Entrants get a card and a map with the location of the three coffee shops marked. Riders pick their own route. Using the card, entrants will sign in with the race volunteer at each stop. A coffee of the rider’s choice MUST be purchased at least one shop. Get it “to go” because you must bring the cup back to BBC. Time bonuses will be given for extra coffee purchases. The first rider back to BBC in each division wins. Awards are three deep per division and a cookout to follow.

Rules:
· This is a non-sanctioned event. Ride at your own risk!
· It is the rider’s responsibility to ensure they are checked in at each shop.
· If a rider misses a sign in or does not return with at least one cup, he/she is ineligible for the prizes.
· Time bonuses of two (2) minutes for each additional coffee cup brought to BBC will be deducted from a rider’s time. This means, at least in theory, you can finish the ride before you start it. Yes you’ll win, but you’ll spend about ten times as much as you might conceivably win.

Entry Fee- $8
Registration at BBC begins at 9:00 a.m. on March 8
