When you go out to dinner with friends who don't exercise and you mention that you're going on a 50-mile bike ride tomorrow morning... and they just look at you and don't respond.
A few of my co-workers have inquired of me, on Mondays, as to if I got any riding in over the weekend. I remember a couple of times when I only had limited time to ride and said something like, "Yeah, but I didn't have much time to get out so I only rode 25 miles on Saturday and 15 on Sunday." So paltry that I wouldn't bother to even write anything about it on BF.
But they say, "So you *only* got in 40 miles on your bike?" and give me a funny look.
