I didn't mean this weekend, but in the next month or something. I figure park at the usual school off of 130 and head back down Alum Rock to S. White. Use the stretch of White to Quimby as a nice warm up before the climbing begins. Refill the water if needed at Grant park then climb at a comfortable pace to the summit. Take a nice break there and refill before heading on to the east. Having not done it, the elevation image looks like a steep descent and on the way back mentally prepare for a "Sierra" road type experience. Another break at the top before taking 130 all the way back to Alum Rock.
