(and therefore be accepted by them?) I think the ammount of rejection and resistance you receive is a measure of how well you make life choices. I would be shattered if I were ever 'accepted' by those sort people, I'd be asking myself "where did I go so wrong?". I don't even want to contemplate the horror of it!
