what the hell are you talking about?

Bike parts are largely duty-free. The exceptions include built wheels (6%) and complete bikes (up 13% - depending on country of manyfacture)
Parts are not tax free. You will owe at least GST, plus PST too depending on your province (BC was PST-free on bikes and parts).


This is the same amount you'll pay if you have it shipped.
However, if yo uhave it shipped you'll likely have to also pay a brokerage fee which varies by carrier. FedEx and UPS will both gouge you.
