I think it may just be for this store, though I'm not certain. I had a quick look at the '5.1' today. From its outward appearance, I only noticed 3 changes, as follows:

1. new style metal folding pedals which fold by opening up like a kind of oyster shell.
2. a kickstand attached to the BB
3. a wedge bag underneath the saddle

I don't know if there are any unseen internal changes. I will try to find out.
