No I didn't get the lock to turn.

Which prompts me to ask this - should the Bic cradle the center piece thus turning that or are the walls of it supposed to disengage the upraised outer ring? If it's supposed to hold the center steady and turn that while disengaging the outre points then my Bic is slipping on that. Maybe I'll try another Bic. I'm actually curious if I can find a pen with a different barrel that I won't have to stretch.
