Anyone with a Miche Supertype - Please Read

So I have my Brand New Miche Supertype with less than 30 miles. I see my saddle and notice it moved too far forward and decide to adjust it...until...

I look at the little hex key to losen the saddle, and I see no bolt to losen. It either fell out or broke off...when I look in the hole, I clearly see that its threaded and I see some silver in there as if it stops at a certain point or the bolt broke halfway and the rest fell out somehow???

This sounds weird, but anyhow...I need to know how that bolt is. Can any of you unscrew it to see if its a bolt that can indeed be removed and replaced or is my seat just stuck now? If anything, Ill need to tap out the bolt...but I never removed it completely out, so I dont know how it actually works.

Can anyone help? Its the small bolt on the rear of the post with the text labeled "Close >>>".
