I do take time sometimes. But this year I have been downhilling more than trail riding. I just forgot what it was like to be exhausted at the top of a climb on a summit or escarpment and just look out over a valley of mountains. Going to the top of whistler on a gondola and flying down sometimes gets redundant and allows me to forget why I choose to sacrifice so much to live here.
