I plan on adding some type of Omega-3 fish oil supplement eventually because I've read that it has good anti-inflammatory properties (I have lower back issues), but am having a difficult time on deciding which brand to go with. I've heard/read that some of the cheaper, lower-quality stuff can have toxic metals and such, and also a "fishy" taste...which I certainly do not want. Can anyone recommend a high-quality fish oil supplement?

I take Hammer Nutritions Carlson Norwegian Salmon Oil.
