upset stomache/
I've been commuting for 2 months now and have a persistant problem. I leave very early in the morning after I eat breakfast and the trip to work is uphill. I can take the hill just fine, but in the morning after breakfast I get nauseated from the effort. I try to take it as slow as I can but it hasn't helped, a hill is a hill after all. I have to eat breakfast or I will be very hungry,and I try and give a half hour rest between eating and biking, but it hasn't helped. Any suggestions/ Has anyone else had this problem?
