Okay well if you get normal cables for the front and tandem length cables for the back you'll be in business. As for cable housing the front brake will be the same length as a standard bike, front der ~45" should be enough, rear brake & der ~75"
I just measured up my BD frame, but I don't have cables on it yet so these are estimates, but you should be fine as I left some fudge room in them.
