I took up biking this year to keep myself from becoming diabetic. I'm only 23... but my whole dad's side of the family is diabetic and I am planning to work my but off and eat clean to keep myself from continuing the trend.

Watch out for the ice cream! that is my present downfall. I think I will get some tonight, but first I must exercise.
