I went to a reception at Whitney Oaks CC yesterday and the whole time out there I was thinking "man! This is a great place to ride."
I know the Sac Wheelmen have a Loomis ride 9am (in about 45 minutes) every Sunday that starts at Loomis Community Park. They're mostly older than I am but it's a great group of folks.
Maybe you should organize an Auburn BF ride. There's some great riding up there. I'd be there.
