I ride in the parks so much that I can guess within 3 miles of each route I take.
Hell, I can guess pretty well of how fast I'm going. Like during that 3 mile TT I took to catch the A group the other night I was doing around 27mph, caught up and stayed with the group all night and ended up in the first 4 to reach the shop.
