I've started taking them, buying them at the Whole Foods Market. The difference is the source of some of the vitamins. From plant sources rather than industrial sources, and beta carotene rather than Vitamin A. This causes the vitamins to be a bit bulkier. Which also means that I can divide my vitamin intake among several times in the day and run less risk of washing the whole thing away.
They are Source of Life brand.
