Actually, you're correct. If you "voided" it, it would be credited as a $600 prepayment towards your 2008 taxes, and you would get just that much of a larger refund next year. I don't agree with Bushnomics, either, (issue huge amounts of debt bought by China, in order to fund silly crusading adventures in the middle east in order to gain control of more oil)
