1. Depends on the size of the frame you got and hte length of the steerer that came with it. It was a goofy mix up and some can and some can't do the whole threadless scene.

2. You want to get that other number for the BB. 68x103mm seems standard for a few cranks such as the Alien crankset. This number helps you get a chainline of 42mm to match the rear chainline of most track hubs like Formula.
