I have tryed most everything mentioned above, with some success. I was in Sams club checking out "stuff" trying to spend money as usual and came up on an older lady filling a cart with bottles of " Joint care " she said she sends it to friends who can't get it. This stuff is good it contains 2000mg Glucosamine bosted with Chondroitin, MSM & Collagen. It is a ounce a day liquid you drink ( one ounce ). For you who know what I'm saying give it a try.
