Rebuilding '76 P-13 Paramount Need Help

Hello,

I am wanting to rebuild my P-13 that was my first decent bike. I have most of the original parts still but would like to make it as "reasonably" original/period as possible. I know "reasonable" is subjective.

What I would like to know is a source for a list of the original parts, specs, etc. (campy NR brakes) so I can work from there.

It desparately needs to be repainted (frame is solid but badly scratched) and will need new rims/tires (tubulars). Items like seat, cable housing, decals, etc. are what I really have no clue about. Is there a source people can suggest? Also, if someone could suggest a good reasonably priced painter? By reasonably painter, I mean someone who does a good job but does not charge a premium just because it is painted by him (or her), i.e. pay extra for a car that was owned by a celebrity compared to the exact non-celebrity owned car.

I am not looking to enter it into a show or anything, but recreate my first love so to speak.

Thanks in advance!
