Sandra, take pics! Keep them to yourself if you are not comfortable with posting them publicly. I found over time that often when I would stall, I could actually see body composition changes in photographs. I think the photos are a valuable tool! Additionally, you will have some great before and after pics to share with everyone when you reach your goal!
+1! I've found that it is easy to get frustrated when the scale doesn't make any significant change for a while. But, pictures prove that I'm trading muscle mass for fat (slowly, but noticeable) and it helps the frustration and helps me to stay on track!
