Clean, re-cable, tune, maybe replace some worn stuff (bar tape, tires, brake pads all if necesary). Put some old school pedals on there and rock it retro style around the 'hood.
Grow out the 70's mustache, long hair, get some vintage cycling clothes, one of them little bicycle caps. Did cyclists back then wear wide collar shirts and bell bottom biking shorts?
